This week we have started our new topic on Vikings and Anglo-Saxons. We began by looking at significant events in the Viking period and ordered them chronologically in a human timeline. Then we worked in small groups to research different aspects of Viking life including what they wore, where they lived and what their religions were. The children then created posters and presented their information to the class. With all of this information, we are going to be producing non-chronological reports all about the Vikings.
