As part of the Year of Humanities, this week was Continents Week and Year 6 have been learning about the continent of Asia. Today, we table hopped around Asia, trying different things that we see in countries around Asia. We learned to use chopsticks, made lanterns for Chinese New Year and wrote our names in Chinese symbols. We also had a go at Indian yoga, tried our hand at Japanese origami and tasted different types of tea in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony!
