SEND & Inclusion
The Paddox team strives to ensure all of our pupils are enabled to reach their fullest potential by helping them overcome any barriers or difficulties they experience.
The work we do to support our children with additional needs, in accordance with our SEND Policy, is informed by the statutory guidance outlined in the SEND Code of Practice.
The range of support on offer at Paddox is outlined in our Inclusion Information Booklet below.

A new 'Local Offer' website from Warwickshire
Warwickshire are pleased to announce the launch of their new website outlining their Local Offer for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities:

Meet the Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Co-ordinator:
My name is Mrs Farmer.
I've been the SENDCo at Paddox since September 2020. I am the Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion and Designated Teacher for Children who are Looked After (DT for CLA). I am also responsible for overseeing the support of medical needs at Paddox, and a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

What's new for 2022-2023?
The WIncKS Award!
In the Summer term of 2021, Paddox applied for the EYFS Warwickshire Inclusion Kite-Marking Scheme Award, and achieved it! Upon reapplying at the end of the Summer term 2022, we were awarded it for a second year running.
We are very proud of this achievement, and were very happy to get a mention in the Warwickshire SEND Voice Newsletter (Issue 10) - feel free to download a copy from the document list below.

We are excited to introduce the updated Inclusion Team at Paddox:
Together, we identify and support additional needs, and we ensure all pupils have access to a range of support strategies and enrichment opportunities.
