Mud, mud, glorious mud
It's been a dry few weeks on the Forest School site, but that hasn't stopped us getting muddy!
Mrs Huggett led a session for 2M all about our bodies. Making mud to fling at targets was lots of fun, of course, but it had some serious science behind it: what parts of our bodies did we use to make it all happen? That was just for starters. Later in the session the children used natural materials to improvise models of the human body. With a little reflection, there were some realistic details on display: moving joints, necks to connect heads to shoulders.
