In Design Technology, we looked at different parts of a vehicle. We created wheels, axles and chassis using a different variety of materials. For example; straws, dowelling, pencils, cardboard disks, wooden wheels, card, empty boxes, etc.  

We then explored different ways to create the two types of axles - those that move and those that don’t.
