This week, Year Six have been reading a variety of different Greek myths. Once we had read them, we had a go at creating freeze frames, showing the most important parts of the myths. The children thoroughly enjoyed learning about different Greek myths and spotted common themes across them all. We then had a go at creating a plan for our own Greek style myth, thinking carefully about our possible hero/heroine, villain and the problem they could face. 

This week, Year Six also performed their Year Group Assembly. The children had a lot of fun performing songs about Ancient Greece and acting out The Trojan Horse.
