  • Back to the Future!

    On Wednesday, when half of the school went to St George's for our Christmas Carol Service (which was awesome and got everyone in the Christmas mood!), the other half experienced what school was like for children in World War One! Mr Patel hoped it would make them appreciate him more (because the teachers were so strict), but sadly (for him) it didn't!

  • Terrific Tudors

    Terrific Tudors and cool children! We love aliteration in Year 5, and the children have definitely earned the moniker 'cool children' for their hard work on their Tudor projects which have ranged from visits to Guy Fawkes' house in Dunchurch, Warwick Castle and Bosworth Battlefields to models of Tudor houses and poetry about the Gunpowder plot.

    It's been a busy week in Year 5 - we performed The Highwayman in assembly to Key Stage Two, ahd a visit from Rugby Youth for Chirst and then time-travelled back to the Tudors and spent a day in a Tudor School.
