My name is Emily Chapman and I have been a governor at Paddox Primary School since September 2023. My background is in Education and I have been a teacher for eight years. I worked in a large three form entry school (very similar to Paddox) in Coventry for five years and I am currently at a one form entry school in Solihull. I am passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive school environment where everyone feels valued. As a governor, I can bring valuable insights into strategic decisions that directly impact teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
