At Paddox Primary School, we want to make communication with families as simple, clear and reliable as possible.

Once your child joins our school, you will be invited to download Parentapps Connect, our dedicated school communication app. This is our main way of communicating directly with parents and carers.

For this reason, you will not find our regular newsletters, letters, school updates or individual parent communications on this website. These are shared directly with our school families through Parentapps Connect.


What is Parentapps Connect?

Parentapps Connect is a dedicated communication platform that allows schools to communicate directly with parents and carers through one convenient app.

Through the app, parents can receive important school information, including:

  • Direct messages from school
  • Letters, newsletters, class information, afterschool club details (both run by school and external providers), community information and useful inks, meal menus and more.
  • Information about forthcoming events and activities on a calendar which can be added to your own mobile calendar
  • Report your child absence from school or to inform school of upcoming medical appointments.

Using the app means that important information is sent directly to parents/carers, rather than relying on families remembering to check the school website for new information.

Please make sure you have notifications switched on so that you don’t miss important messages or updates from school.

When your child starts at Paddox, we will provide you with information about setting up and accessing Parentapps Connect.

Our website remains an important source of general information about Paddox Primary School and is updated on a regular basis.

Here you will find information such as:

The website is therefore your place to find out about our school, while Parentapps Connect is your place to receive specific information and communication from Paddox about your child(ren).
